Ans. If you checked Download button on main page try checking on content playing page. If not showing on both pages, its a problem. This problem is due to not having file in storage system.
To Resolve this problem;
To resolve this problem go to Turbo Animes => More => Report an issue => Fill details and content Title which have download not showing problem and select issue in dropdown as Download button not showing. Submit the form.
